Extortion: Suspended IPS officer plea rejected
During arguments opposing his plea, public prosecution Abhijeet Gondwal had submitted to court that the three arrested policemen in the case have said they acted on Tripathi’s orders and that the senior cop has tried to influence the preliminary inquiry against him.
