EC registers 189 cases of major election violations
The Election Commission reported 189 cases against political parties for MCC violations, including hate speech and voter inducement. Special observers and flying squads were deployed to ensure compliance. The first phase includes Udupi-Chikmagalur, Chikkballapur, and Kolar among others.
