Driver losing vision in one eye is 100% loss of income: HC
Holding that losing vision even in one eye by a driver would result in functional disability and loss of earning capacity to the tune of 100%, the HC has ordered higher compensation to the victim in an accident case, reports Vasantha Kumar.
