Delhi woman assaulted & paraded: No bail for 55-yr-old
Additional sessions judge Sanjeev Malhotra said the video clips seized by the investigating officer (IO) showed that prosecutrix (woman) was forcibly taken from her house in TSR, and she was made to parade in the street while her face, neck, breast, and hands were smeared with black ink and she was also made to wear a garland of slippers.
