Delhi: Unified corpn gets first commissioner
The Centre on Friday appointed IAS officers Ashwani Kumar and Gyanesh Bharti as special officer and commissioner of the unified Municipal Corporation of Delhi, respectively, in an order issued by ministry of home affairs.
