Delhi: Surge pricing, longer wait as cabs stay off roads
While autorickshaws and kaali peeli taxis were back on the roads on Tuesday after a day's strike, commuters who use app-based cabs faced massive surge pricing and long waiting periods for the second day in a row. The situation for cab users is unlikely to improve on Wednesday with the union of cab drivers deciding to continue their strike.
