Delhi: ‘Slain Iran officer planned attack on Israeli envoy’
Hassan Sayyad Khodayari, a senior member of the Quds Force of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, who was assassinated on Sunday, had allegedly masterminded the attack on an Israeli diplomat in Delhi in 2012, reports in both Israeli as well as Iranian media have claimed.
