Delhi services row: SC to soon decide on Centre’s plea
The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its verdict on whether to set up a five-judge constitution bench to decide who, the Centre or the Delhi government, should control the bureaucracy and services pertaining to the governance of the capital.
