Delhi road rage: ‘Cover-up’ by cops, allege kin of boy
The question of whether the death of a six-year-old boy on Wednesday was caused by accident or was a case of road rage continued even after police claimed on Thursday that the fatality was the result of a motorcycle hitting a scooter. On Friday, the scooter rider, the boy’s grandfather, Prem Prakash, explicitly alleged, “My grandson and I were hit with a rod. Police haven’t got my medico-legal case done or even recorded my statement. It was no accident. We were thrashed by those boys.”
