Delhi: Ex-IB officer lived as vagabond to evade arrest
A 60-year-old retired assistant central intelligence officer (ACIO) from the Intelligence Bureau was arrested from a park in Vasant Kunj for allegedly assaulting a minor girl sexually at a hotel in central Delhi, police said. The accused, Kailash Kumar Lal Das, who lives with his family, retired as ACIO-II and reportedly got an extension in service for two years, they added.
