'DCP nod must to file Pocso, molestation case'
City police commissioner Sanjay Pandey has instructed that cases of molestation or sexual crimes involving minors should be registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act only after recommendation from an officer of the rank of assistant commissioner (ACP) and permission from a deputy commissioner of police (DCP).
