A Bombay high court single judge has clarified that his directions restraining media reporting and uploading of judgments to protect identities of parties in cases under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) (POSH) Act, 2013, were specific to a case and not general.
