Court orders CBI to bring Wadhawans back from Lucknow
A special court on Thursday directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to take "immediate urgent" steps to bring back Dewan Housing Finance Corporation promoters Kapil Wadhawan and Dheeraj Wadhawan and restore their custody to Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai. They were taken away "abruptly and directly taken to UP," special PMLA Judge MG Deshpande said in an "initial order''.
