Cases rising, but masks & guard down at Delhi markets
A visit to the markets by TOI on Friday showed that people are still not complying with the rule to wear masks. Many of them did carry masks with them, but were not wearing them. "Yes, yes I have a mask," said a woman at Sarojini Market. "I just got off an autorickshaw and that's why it's not on right now." Another shopper pleaded, "I was going to eat so had pulled down my mask. I will wear it, no problem."
