Burari murder: Victim was first strangled, then raped
Aman Singh Bisht, the 26-year-old man who was arrested for the murder of a 24-year-old woman in Burari, raped her after strangling her, a probe has revealed. Police said the man first tried to overpower the woman to rape her, but strangled her in a fit of rage.
