Bombay HC quashes Ukranian’s 5-year visa extension plea
Taking note of a Ukranian’s repeated violation of Indian visa conditions, the Bombay high court has rejected her petition to direct the Centre to grant her a five-year visa and remove all restrictions against her.Nataliya Yesaulenko arrived in India in July 2013 on a tourist visa.
