Bombay HC grants limited protection to Wankhede
In a limited interim relief for former zonal director of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Sameer Wankhede on Tuesday Bombay high court protected him from arrest till February 28 after his counsel said he would comply with a section 41A notice under the criminal procedure code (CrPC).
