Bombay HC grants interim protection to Rashmi Shukla
In an interim relief to state’s ex-intel chief Rashmi Shukla who is also the former Pune police commissioner, the Bombay high court on Friday directed Pune police not to take any coercive action in a first information report (FIR) registered last month against her under the Indian Telegraph Act for recommending phone tap on certain elected representatives.
