BMC’s vigilance department faults desilting work
The BMC’s vigilance department has punched holes in the civic body’s claims on desilting ahead of the monsoon. The department has found that the BMC’s app for tracking desilting works does not show any bifurcation of cleaning done by conventional methods and imported silt pusher machines.
