B’luru bids farewell to hotelier who popularised ‘khali dosa’
The belief in old Bengalureans was that only the one served at Dwaraka Hotel on Bull Temple Road was an authentic ‘khali dosa’. While almost every other hotel in Bengaluru, until about two decades ago, served it, it was Dwaraka Hotel that gave it a cult status among breakfast snacks.
