ACB sleuths, who swooped down on a BDA gardener's house on Friday, found he allegedly owned four houses, two vacant plots and commercial land of 1.9 acre, all worth crores of rupees. Records show that Shivalingaiah joined BDA as a Group D staffer in 1986 for a salary of around Rs 500.
