BJP urges CM Kejriwal not to increase circle rates
In a letter written to chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor has said that any increase in property circle rates in the national capital would break the backbone of real estate business in the city.
