Bizman who cheated many held trying to flee
A 48-year-old man, who cheated several people in an investment fraud, was detained at Indira Gandhi airport in New Delhi on Tuesday when he was to take a flight for Sharjah. He was detained by the immigration authorities based on a look-out circular (LOC) notice issued by the Mumbai police.
