Bengaluru: 65-year-old held for filming women, girls
A 65-year-old financier was arrested for allegedly recording videos and clicking pictures of women and girls in his neighbourhood without their knowledge. A 31-year-old homemaker who was collecting water from a public tap caught the accused red-handed while he was filming her.
