Bengalureans too lost lakhs to coin frauds in online deals
The Chikkaballapur incident in which the owner of a Re 1 coin was cheated of Rs 26 lakh by online fraudsters is not an isolated case. Bengaluru city police have registered at least three such cases in the last four months and the accused remain untraced.
