Basavaraj Bommai to open Biffes on March 3
The 13th Bengaluru International Film Festival (Biffes) will be held from March 3 to 10, after a two-year break. It will be inaugurated by chief minister Basavaraj Bommai.Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy is dedicating the event to Covid warriors and frontline workers.
