Bank fraud case: No relief for BJP MLC Pravin Darekar
Pravin Darekar, the opposition leader in the Maharashtra Legislative Council, on Wednesday petitioned the Bombay high court to quash an FIR filed against him on March 14 at MRA Marg police station in Mumbai, but got no interim protection against coercive action.
