Awhad objects to ‘slaughter’ of 400 trees for flyover
State cabinet minister Jitendra Awhad has reacted to a news article published in TOI about 400 trees slated to be cut for the upcoming Vashi-Kopri flyover project, and tweeted on Saturday that he strongly objects to the tree slaughter, as it is bad for the environment.
