Advocates must be 35 yrs to sit for dist judge test: SC
The Supreme Court on Monday ruled that though a lawyer with seven years’ experience would constitutionally be eligible for appointment as a district judge, the high courts are well within their rights to fix a minimum 35 years’ age limit for advocates to be eligible to sit for the recruitment examinations.
