68 hookah bars in Bengaluru; 40 cases filed in 3 years
There are 68 hookah bars and 49 recreational clubs in the city, said home minister Araga Jnanendra in the council.Hookah bars are given trade licences by BBMP and they are designated smoking zones. Unless there are any violations found, police cannot intervene, he said.
