40% judges' positions vacant at Bombay high court
With three new three new appointments this month and Justice Sadhana Jadhav retiring on Monday, the Bombay high court at present has a strength of 57 judges as against the sanctioned strength of 94-which means 40% of the positions are vacant. And by November 4, six more judges are set to retire.
