36% of MLAs in Maha are farmers; 50% in 46-60 age group
Of the 288 MLAs in the state, 36% are farmers and more than 50% of them are aged between 46 and 60. The Maharashtra legislative assembly elections were held in October 2019, while the data on the educational qualifications, age, and profession of legislators was released recently by the state legislature secretariat.
