1st for Delhi — 'Faceless' transport services
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said the national capital is the first city in the country to introduce the concept of 'faceless services' at the Regional Transport Office (RTO) inspiring other states to launch similar initiatives.
