1st batch of 219 students from Ukraine lands in Mumbai
Two days after Russia began bombing Ukraine, the first batch of Indian students stranded in the war-torn country was evacuated and flew into Mumbai on Saturday evening aboard an Air India special flight. The the second evacuation flight, also from Bucharest, arrived in Delhi early on Sunday, while the third from Budapest is expected to return to Delhi later on Sunday.
