17-year-old thrashed, sexually assaulted in Delhi
A group of boys has allegedly thrashed a 17-year-old and sexually assaulted him in northwest Delhi's Jahangirpuri. Police said a video of the incident showing the boy being lashed with a belt had gone viral.
