10 yrs on, 68-yr-old woman gets HC relief in ST cert case
A decade after she was dismissed from the state government service and slapped with criminal proceedings over her caste certificate under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, a 68-year-old woman has been granted relief by the Karnataka high court.
